Really excellent quality Oyster mushrooms. The packaging is first class and biodegradable. The mushrooms, always delivered farm fresh and clean. Almost no extra prep needed. The flavor and texture are great, they are versatile and can be cooked many different ways. It's really hard to find healthy alternatives here in Georgetown so these go a far way in making eating healthy a priority. Good job guys, thanks!
I absolutely love Callisto Farm. I was fortunate to come across their Instagram page and was shocked to realize that there was a business that grows their own mushrooms locally. Within the same moment, I messaged and got a timely response. They are professional and the customer service is up to par. As for the oyster mushrooms I ordered from them, superb. It was soft, fluffy and a great quantity at a reasonable and fair price. It was packaged well and I appreciated that they checked-in to ensure I was satisfied with the service and the mushrooms. Overall, 10/10 experience with the business and the product. Highly recommend.

Having done my own research on mushrooms, I can say that growing them for consumption is no easy task, yet Callisto has persevered and become the pioneer of fungiculture in Guyana.
